A Cat Window Bed ~ Perfect for your Feline!

Image
This cat bed is pretty neat. My cat, like most, loves watching the birds and small animals and this suction cupped window bed is perfect for her. It is well made, the frame being made out of a PVC pipe like material that is easy to put together. The bed itself is comfortable for cats and holds up to 50lbs though my cat is only 10lbs so I really can't vouch for the weight factor. The top pad is removable and washable; fabulous since cat hair gets stuck on it all the time. I use my extension on my vaccum to get the hair off most times though. Here is my video tutorial: As you can see in the video how to put it together, it just takes a little time and arm strength to do so. The suction cups stick very well and I haven't had one issue with them falling off. My cat absolutely loves this bed and I am happy with it too! You can get your lovely pet one here:  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZAL0QAS?ref_=cm_aya_orig_subj I received this cat bed at little ...

The Shelter Pet Project PLUS a Giveaway!

Image
This giveaway is sponsored by Bloggin’ Mamas Each year approximately 3-4 million pets are adopted from shelter and rescue groups, but 2.4 million healthy and treatable pets still need our help to find a home. I’m reaching out to you on behalf of Bloggin' Mamas, who would like to support the The Shelter Pet Project, a collaborative effort between The Humane Society of the United States, Maddie’s Fund ® , and the Ad Council. To help spread the word, Bloggin' Mamas is sponsoring a $100 Amazon Giftcard Giveaway. The goal of The Shelter Pet Project is to make shelters and rescue groups the first place people turn when looking to get a new pet. In celebration of “National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day” on April 30 and to support “Adopt a Cat Month” in June, Lance Bass (a radio host and entertainer who first rose to fame as a member of NSYNC) has joined The Shelter Pet Project to share the love and joy that adopted pets bring to his life. Bass, his husband Michael Turchin, and their...

The DeSheddinator

The Desheddinator! What an epic name for a tool that takes the hair off of your pet. We have had a normal cat pet brush for years, and it is a pain in the butt and I swear the prongs on it are too sharp so we have to be careful.  I got this and was able to use it immediately because it is Spring and all pet owners know what that means: shedding. The hair tufts just floating around are enough to make anyone sneeze. It just adds more miserable-ness to the Spring allergies my son and I have. We went through a box of tissue in less than a week, it's that bad! This particular tool is Vet approved, so you know your pets are safe with its use, unlike the brush I mentioned previously. It has an easy grip handle and a safety guard for when it isn't in  use. It is made of stainless steel/non-toxic metal.  It comes in 3 sizes. This is the medium size, which is 76mm. It is ideal for pets 26-65 lbs.The small is 46mm and ideal for pets under 25 lbs. The large is 10...
