Pure Whey Protein Isolate
For those of us who work out, and even those who don't, getting enough protein in one's diet is of immense importance. The thing is, most protein powder's don't mix cleanly (I mean without lumps) and taste just bad. I have had so many that just make me gag and with running season upon us I really was happy to find this product.
When I went to mix the protein powder to make the drink, I realized my husband had taken my shaker bottle on me (grrr) so I had to improvise. I know you can't really just dump protein powder in a cup and expect it to not be lumpy, so I used a measuring cup and a wire whisk and it worked fantastic!
Now for the real reason to buy this powder. It is Non-GMO, which for me is HUGE. This powder is Kosher Certified, lactose free, has no protein complex and no amino acid spiking. For those of you who don't know, protein and amino acid spiking is when companies add extra cheap amino acids like taurine, glycine, glutamines, and creatine to their powders to lower cost. With Summit Nutritions Whey Protein you don't have to worry about that at all.
Here are more specs:

I could go on and on about how awesome this is and fill plenty of space, so I just took a picture of the front and back for you to see for yourself! (Front picture is the top one.)
The other thing I like about the powder is that it keeps you full but is easy enough to drink before or after a workout. After a workout it can be hard for me to drink anything but water, but with Summit Nutritions Pure Whey Protein I haven't had a problem getting my protein in after a workout. I really like this product and highly recommend it to everyone!
