Dr. Jacobs Naturals - Castile Soap

Ever since I read  Green Enough  by Leah Segedie, I have made a priority of cleaning up our household products to  be greener and healthier. Part of that is beauty products and toiletries, which can be pricey if you don't find the right stuff. I was introduced to  Dr. Jacobs Naturals  and am in LOVE. Why? Because their Castile Soap can be used for so many things! It can be used as a dish soap, body wash, shampoo, all purpose cleaner, shaving lather, even laundry soap. The newest thing I'm going to try is bathing my cats in it - HAHA. They get a monthly bath and it's coming up soon, so I am excited to use this. As a body wash, it has left my skin extremely soft. I have dry skin, and taking hot or long showers dries it out even more - and so does shaving! So having a soap that keeps my skin soft without me having to lather on tons of lotion post-shower is great. How to Clean with Lemon Oil and Tea Tree Oil

I am ALL for cleaning my house naturally. The chemicals we run into daily considering pollution, every day household cleaners and even playing on a lawn that has pesticides on it do take a toll on our bodies, whether we see it or not. That being said, I am so happy to have both of these essential oils to help me clean my home! We have all seen the commercials about having to use bleach to get a home clean. That isn't necessarily true. Tea Tree Oil is a natural anti-microbial and can kill off bacteria and germs in the home and Lemon oil is a natural disinfectant, so perfect for cleaning anywhere in your home. Lemon oil also is great for cleaning wood and helps shine tarnished silver and stainless steel.
