Sometimes one day in our life is just what we need to keep on moving forward. A little inspiration, encouragement and hope entering into our sometimes dismal worlds. Today just happened to be one of those days for me. My family and I went on a short hike at a new park my husband found. My First Giveaway!

Enter To Win! With 2015 finally here, a lot of us have resolutions to make our lives better! Many of us would like to lose weight or quit smoking. I see a lot of fitness goals as well.
