Sometimes one day in our life is just what we need to keep on moving forward. A little inspiration, encouragement and hope entering into our sometimes dismal worlds. Today just happened to be one of those days for me. My family and I went on a short hike at a new park my husband found. We climbed up steep hills meant for mountain bikes and followed small trails intended for wild animals. We were able to explore the woods and enjoy God's beautiful world and enjoy the peace and serenity only that can bring. What touched me most deeply was when Benjamin stopped me about 3/4 of the way through our hike. He pulled my face close to his and whispered in his sweet voice, "Dance with me, momma." So right there in the middle of the woods with only Lawrence looking on, I danced with my 4 year old. My First Giveaway!

Enter To Win! With 2015 finally here, a lot of us have resolutions to make our lives better! Many of us would like to lose weight or quit smoking. I see a lot of fitness goals as well. One of the things I would definitely like to do is have a baby in 2015! We have been trying for awhile now, so with my fingers crossed and if it's God's will, I hope that dream will come true for us this year! If it doesn't, I am going to run the Monster Dash Half Marathon on October 31st. Last year my goal was to run a 5K and I killed that with running 5 of them and a 10K. It was a great summer! Another great way to start off the new year is with my first blog giveaway! My blog is fairly new, and I have always wanted to do a giveaway for my followers, new and old!
